Fundamentals of Digital Photography, presented by Dan Dragoon, will be offered once again this season. This fun, plain-language course, open to all residents,  is perfect for those new to Digital Photography, as well as intermediate level photographers seeking to improve their technique. 

As in prior years, the course provides in-depth coverage of:

·      Camera Controls and Menu Settings

·      Lens Selection and Perspective

·      Focus and Depth of Field

·      Lighting

·      Exposure

·      Advanced Composition

Novice photographers will receive additional instruction on:

·      How to select the right camera

·      Smart Phone Photography

·      Elementary Composition

Exclusive for intermediate level photographers:

·      Exposure in the Creative Zone

·      The Histogram

·      Color Management

·      Monochrome Photography

·      Advanced Lighting

·      Digital blending of Multiple Exposures: Panoramas, Focus Stacking, HDR

Field and Lighting Workshops complete with preparation and critique are included. Registered participants will receive detailed class notes prior to each class. This is a quality class guaranteed to improve your photography and jump start your creativity.

Classes meet 7-9 pm Tuesday nights January 15ththrough March 26th.

The fee for the course, workshops and class notes is only $60 ($50 for club members).

Those wishing to take both courses:
